Medication Pick Up

3/23/2020, 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

On Monday, March 23 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, health office staff will be at Frontier Elementary and Secondary Schools. Medications and supplies may only be picked up from your child’s school during this window of time.

Please remain in your vehicle and write your child’s name and grade on a piece of paper in large letters so it can be seen through the car window from at least six feet away. Be prepared to show identification.

Health office staff will retrieve medications and document the pick-up. When school resumes, parents will be notified to bring necessary medications back to school.

If you are unable to pick up medication and supplies on March 23, please arrange to send someone in your place.
